Choose the neighbors farm you wish to help by clicking on their confirmed farm, not a neighbor that hasn’t accepted yet then when the neighbors farm loads click their same farm again to load another request rather than doing a chore.

Continually adding additional requests will increase your Good Samaritan points drasitically and you can load all the requests you’d like.
